By using the Services, you waive and release Proper Hire Way, its affiliates, and all associated personnel from any claims, liabilities, or damages, whether direct, indirect, known, or unknown, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Information Sharing and Legal Compliance
Proper Hire Way may provide User Content and related user information to third parties as required to support service operations, enforce agreements, comply with laws, or respond to legal or governmental requests.
